It’s funny that you should mention that the common abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit-ups are the least effective exercises a person can do to trim their waistline. I have personally proven this to be true, but since then i have gone on to other more fun methods of loosing belly fat.
Actually I have done the traditional sit ups and crunches for years and would love to break it up and try some new stuff. My midsection could use some change as well.
